Welcome to Login Upcoming Enterprise Occupancy Reporting Password Requirements MRI will be implementing a new password policy for Investment Central. This new policy, Multifactor Authentication (MFA), is based on National Institute of Standards guidelines. In addition, you will need to remember your security question to reset your password. The new password requirements are as follows: • Minimum of 8 characters long. • Password must contain an upper-case letter, lower case letter, numbers, and symbol. • Passwords must NOT contain the username, first name, last name or common phrase (i.e.: password”). • Users cannot use one of their previous 24 passwords. • Passwords expire after 60 days. • Users will be locked out after 3 unsuccessful login attempts. The account will be unlocked after 30 minutes. • Reset / recovery unlock emails with be valid for 1 hour. • Users will now be able to reset/unlock their own account using a recovery password question of at least 4 characters. Step 1: Users will be prompted to enter their username/password. Step 2: Users will validate their account through their selected second authentication method (i.e: Okta Verify, Google Authenticator, SMS Authentication or Voice Call Authentication). Please note that if the password does not meet the requirements or if it exceeds the updated password age requirement of 60 days, you will be prompted to change your password.
